Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Elsamere was truly nice, thanks to the beautiful location on Lake Naivasha and the friendly, helpful staff. The grounds are charming, and I adored the intimate atmosphere. However, the dinner experience didn't meet my expectations, lacking the privacy I hoped for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience but with some room for improvement in dining.
Staying at Elsamere was a unique experience that allowed me to connect with nature and history. The beautiful grounds overlooking Lake Naivasha offered peace and tranquility, although the roads leading to the lodge left something to be desired. Overall, I found it to be a charming retreat, though some amenities felt a bit dated.
I had an amazing time at Elsamere that turned into a 5-day escape instead of the planned 2. The place is simply beautiful, sitting right by Lake Naivasha with stunning views and tons of wildlife. The service was genuinely fantastic, with staff who went out of their way to make me feel at home. While the rooms were cozy and clean, a little updating could enhance the ambiance. Overall, Elsamere feels like a little slice of heaven on earth.
My stay at Elsamere was absolutely good. I had initially planned for a two-day retreat, but I loved it so much that I stayed for five! The beautiful location on Lake Naivasha provided stunning views and constant wildlife sightings, though I did have some issues with non-potable water in the room. Overall, the lodge's cozy atmosphere and warm service made for a nice experience.
My stay at Elsamere was a mixed experience. The beautiful view of Lake Naivasha and the chance to see hippos grazing at night were real highlights. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, particularly for vegetarians and during busy meal times.
